Bombay Bramble

Bombay Bramble is a gin-based cocktail that is described as a "bumbleberry" or "gin-berry delight", thanks to its combination of blackberry and raspberry. The drink was created in 1994 by a group of bartenders at The Bombay Havana Bar in London and has since become popular all over the world. It begins with a base of gin, such as Tanqueray or Beefeater, though other spirits including vodka can be used. Next, a sweetener (usually a simple syrup) is added, and this is followed by equal parts Raspberry Jäger and blackberry liqueur. Last, a splash of orange juice and a garnish of mint top off the drink. The Bombay Bramble is a very balanced cocktail that starts off sweet but finishes with a slight tang.
