11. STORE PICKUP

Platina Liquor offers store pickup at selected Calgary locations. The Website currently lists pickup options at:

  • Unit 3130 – 40 Christie Park View SW, Calgary, Alberta;

  • 4014 MacLeod Trail SE, Calgary, Alberta; and

  • 202 Cityscape Square NE, Calgary, Alberta.

Customers selecting store pickup will receive confirmation when their order is ready.

Pickup orders must be collected within the applicable timeframe communicated by Platina Liquor.

Our current Refund Policy states that pickup orders must be collected within one week unless alternative arrangements are made with the store.

Valid government-issued photo identification may be required when collecting an order containing alcoholic beverages.

We reserve the right to refuse release of an order where the customer does not satisfy applicable age-verification or identification requirements.

12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Our current Refund Policy states that eligible returns must generally be made within 7 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original proof of sale, such as a receipt or payment confirmation.
