Jura Seven Wood is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Jura distillery, located on the Isle of Jura in Scotland. It gets its name from the seven different types of oak casks used in its maturation process, which gives it a unique and complex flavor profile.

The whisky is initially aged in first-fill American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, before being finished in six different types of French oak casks: Limousin, Tronçais, Allier, Vosges, Jupilles, and Les Bertranges. This combination of cask finishes imparts a rich and layered flavor to the whisky.
