Massaya Le Colombier Red is a red wine from Lebanon. It is made from a blend of grape varieties including Cinsault, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are hand-picked and then fermented in stainless steel tanks before being aged in French oak barrels for 8 to 10 months.
The wine has a deep ruby color with aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied with well-integrated tannins and a long, lingering finish.
Massaya Le Colombier Red pairs well with grilled meats, game, and aged cheeses. It is best served at a temperature of 16-18°C and can be enjoyed now or aged for up to 10 years.
Overall, Massaya Le Colombier Red is a complex and well-balanced wine that showcases the unique terroir of the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon.
