Appleton Estate Signature Blend is a Jamaican Rum distilled in the Nassau Valley in Jamaica. It is produced using a blend of over 20 select aged rums, obtained from several distinct pot stills and column stills. It has a light gold colour and is described as having a sweet, smooth and robust flavour. The taste is said to be subtly dry with notes of toffee, orange, banana, citrus, almond and spice.

This rum is best enjoyed neat or with a splash of soda. It can also be used in a variety of classic and modern cocktails such as a Mojito, Daiquiri or Mai Tai. This rum is aged in oak barrels for up to 12 years, which contributes to the depth and complexity of its flavour and bouquet.
