Barrell Craft Bourbon Batch 31 is a craft bourbon that is produced by Barrell Craft Spirit, a unique distilling company that uses state-of-the-art techniques to create a small batch of limited-release spirits. An award-winning bourbon, Batch 31 is created from a blend of Kentucky straight bourbon mash, aged seven to eleven years in new, heavily charred American Oak, and finished with a unique selection of seared French and Hungarian oak staves for added complexity. This unique process produces a deep, caramel aroma and rich, oaky flavor. On the palate, Batch 31 offers a bouquet of strong caramel and toffee with touches of spicy cinnamon and clove.
