Review: JS 96 A serious, driven and complex red with red berries, dried herbs, mixed peppercorns, orange peel and some baking spices on the nose. Medium-bodied with fine-grained tannins. It has volume and control, with a velvety stream of juicy fruit mingling with vibrant peppercorns and dried herb character. Lively, well-shaped and composed. Long, textural finish. Drink from 2028.
Profile: Spicy, fruity notes, robust though delicate tannins. Dense, fresh, balanced, the fulfilled promise of the Terrasses du Larzac.
