Edradour Natural Cask Strength Ibisco Bourbon 58.9% is an ultra-rare limited edition whisky from Edradour Distillery, located in Pitlochry, Scotland. This exclusive expression was released as part of Edradour's ongoing limited edition lineup. It was created from a single cask of eleven-year-old Edradour whisky, which was finished in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks before being drawn off and bottled at a natural cask strength of 58.9% ABV. The whisky is a golden color, almost mahogany, with a nose of fruitcake and caramel. There is a hint of leather and some oats on the nose. On the palate, it has notes of toffee, honeycomb, spices, dried fruits, and dark chocolate. The finish is long and smooth, with more of the toffee, dried fruits, and spice coming through.
