Fernet Hunter Bc

Fernet Hunter is a fresh take on a classic Italian bitter made in Austria from sugarbeet distilate, using botanicals found in throughout the country during hunting season. Key botanicals are Arnica, Orris Root and Lavender. Phenomenal as a highball with soda and fresh mint leaves, paired with tea, or as a replacement to bitter liqueurs in cocktails. The BC expression is same recipe as the original, but introduces wild blueberries, as that is something that is found bouth in Austria and BC, Canada.
For this expression, the label is a collaboration with Fernet Hunter and Max Jenke, an ex-pro snowboarder residing in Vancouver.
