Fernet Hunter Yotei

Fernet Hunter is a fresh take on a classic Italian bitter made in Austria from sugarbeet distilate, using botanicals found in throughout the country during hunting season. Key botanicals are Arnica, Orris Root and Lavender. Phenomenal as a highball with soda and fresh mint leaves, paired with tea, or as a replacement to bitter liqueurs in cocktails. The Yotei expression is inspired by the snow covered Mount Yotei, an active volcano located in Hokkaido, Japan’s northernmost island. This expression amplifies the lavender and floral qualities of the liqueur, and sources lavender from Hokkaido nearby Mount Yotei, for a truly elegant touch.
