Fernet Hunter is a fresh take on a classic Italian bitter made in Austria from sugarbeet distilate, using botanicals found in throughout the country during hunting season. Key botanicals are Arnica, Orris Root and Lavender. Phenomenal as a highball with soda and fresh mint leaves, paired with tea, or as a replacement to bitter liqueurs in cocktails. This is the original recipe from the brand, with the recipe dating back to the 1960's.
