Finca Los Primos Malbec is the debut wine from two generations of winemakers, brothers Juan and Gustavo Calabresi. It currently stands as one of Argentina's most sought-after wines. The wine is sourced from its estate vineyards in the Uco Valley of Argentina's Mendoza region. The harvest for these vineyards was carefully monitored in order to ensure the full potential of the grapes. The grapes were then vinified using traditional winemaking processes such as cold macerations, and stainless steel fermentation. The resulting Malbec is a standout example of Argentina's signature variety. Its deep, dark-ruby hue captures the eye while aromas of dark fruit, spices, and a hint of minerality entice the nose. On the palate, the wine displays an intense flavor profile of ripe dark fruits and spicy clove-like notes that are perfectly balanced by a firm structure and velvety tannins. The finish is long and lingering with a pleasant acidity that provides a nice lift to the fruit.
