Hetszolo Tokaji 5 Puttonyos is a Hungarian sweet wine made from the Furmint and Hárslevelu grapes. The wine is produced in the Tokaj Wine Region in the northeast corner of Hungary. Hetszolo Tokaji 5 Puttonyos is made using the traditional method of SGN or sweet grape necrosis. This method of winemaking involves the passerillage technique, which involves drying the grapes to concentrate the sugar in them. Once the grapes have been dried and the sugar content is high enough, they are then made into a wine. Hetszolo Tokaji 5 Puttonyos has a deep amber color and rich viscosity. Its bouquet is that of honey and apricot as well as orange marmalade, and it has a light acidity that serves to balance out its sweetness.
