HNWS Taiwan (also known as Home Need Wine&Spirit) owned by Tony Qiu has a large and diverse selection of OB and IB bottlings.

The store is small and is becoming ever more crowded with boxes taking up whatever space is left. In the back of the store there is a small bar area with stools where owner Tony is always happy to offer you a dram or two.

In recent years IB bottlings are becoming a main focus for Tony with his store seeing numerous bottles arriving daily. Tony also bottles around 10-15 casks annually under the HNWS Taiwan name. Through his cask selection he has gained a large following both locally and in countries such as HongKong and Japan. 

Founded in Guishan, Taoyuan in 2005, HNWS Whisky Workshop is dedicated to promoting the correct drinking philosophy of single malt whisky. It is a major distributor for independent bottlers in Taiwan, offering a diverse and extensive selection.

Leveraging years of experience in promoting whisky, the founder provides professional whisky knowledge services, establishing a unique and professional image in the field. Since 2014, operating under the name "HNWS Whisky Workshop," the company selects single cask single malt whiskies for cask cask selection. Its exquisite and unique cask selection standards have not only garnered widespread praise from whisky enthusiasts but have also won recognition in international whisky competitions.

HNWS advocates "responsible drinking, respect for the drinker," hoping that every whisky lover can find a platform for mutual exchange and sharing of drinking experiences at HNWS.
