Loch Gorm 2025 Edition was matured in oloroso sherry butts previously used by Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin for a minimum of 10 years. The 23 casks selected by Kilchoman Founder, Anthony Wills, are a combination of 20 fresh and 3 refill casks from two different distillation years. The sherry-soaked oak adds layers of rich dark fruit character which balance beautifully with classic Kilchoman peat smoke and citrus flavours.
