Knob Creek

Knob Creek is a brand of bourbon whiskey produced by the Jim Beam distillery. It is named after the small waterway, Knob Creek, that runs through the distillery's property in Kentucky. 

Knob Creek is known for its strong and full-bodied flavor, with a high alcohol content of around 50% ABV. It is aged for a minimum of nine years in charred American oak barrels, which gives it a deep amber color and rich, complex flavors. 

The bourbon has a prominent aroma of caramel, vanilla, and oak, with hints of toasted nuts and dried fruits. On the palate, it offers a smooth and balanced taste, with notes of maple syrup, toffee, and baking spices. It has a long and warm finish, with a slight smokiness.
