TASTING NOTES

Nose
Peat smoke is reminiscent of Laphroaig, with a distinct sea breeze and a nice lemon note. Light fruity sweetness.
Dominant citrus sweet peat. Limoncello, pastries and a warm coastal influence. It ends on pancakes and Ricola (herbal candy)

Palate
Delicious peat smoke with a salty component and a sweetness from beautiful light fruit

Finish
Medium length, smoky, peat, lemon/lime, maritime note, and a very slight dryness on the cheeks.
