Wild Common Tequila Reposado

A beautiful additive-free tequila born out of the highly respected Cascahuin distillery NOM 1123. No shortcuts are taken, and this tequila is produced in the truest sense of the word, and lives by their slogan of "Nothing added, nothing lost." Wild Common experiments in blending traditional techniques with modern science, using both a tahona and a roller-mill for their agave crushing, and fermenting both with and without agave fibers before distillation. The brand takes these measures to ensure cooked agave is front and center in all expressions, and the Reposado is bottled at 43% abv, to turn up the agave flavour even more, after being aged exactly 100 days in ex-bourbon barrels.
