Xila Mezcal Aperitif

Xila is a female founded and operated distillery out of Mexico City, known as Flor de Luna distillery. They use mezcal made from agave Espadin, sourced from Oaxaca as the base, with ancho chili, caramelized pineapple, clove, cinnamon, pepper, hisbiscus and lavender infused into the product to create an incredibly balanced apertif. Enjoy this over ice, as a spritz, with a splash of soda, or in a variety of cocktails.
